The Financial Services Institute is an association dedicated to providing quality, affordable financial advice and products for consumers. Its members include more than 100 financial services firms and more than 35,000 individuals. Before Cobalt, the Financial Services Institute had a badly broken database and was spending a great deal of time fixing its problems.

To make its value more accessible to its members, the FSI created a website with a unified look and feel. The site records relevant information and all of the organization’s interactions with key stakeholders. This allows the team to discuss new developments in an accessible format. It also allows the members to share information and resources.
